Help Us Grow Our Tutor Team
- Refer a Friend.
- Receive a Free Volunteer T-Shirt.
Today, 21 learners are waiting for a tutor. With even more learner inquiries expected this fall, every new volunteer tutor brings us one step closer to serving everyone who reaches out for help.
This August, we’re inviting our amazing volunteers to help us recruit the next generation of literacy champions. If you know someone who would make a great volunteer reading tutor, now is the perfect time to invite them to join Ozarks Literacy Council.
When your referral becomes a verified volunteer tutor, you’ll both receive a FREE limited-edition Ozarks Literacy Council volunteer t-shirt!
How It Works
1. Refer a Future Tutor
Invite a friend, family member, coworker, neighbor, or anyone you think would make a great volunteer reading tutor.
2. They Complete the Volunteer Process
Your referral should:
- Complete the Volunteer Tutor Interest Form
- Attend Tutor Training
- Become a verified volunteer tutor
3. You Both Get a T-Shirt!
Once your referral is confirmed as a new volunteer tutor, both of you will receive our exclusive 2026 Volunteer T-Shirt.
It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us connect more learners with the support they need.
