Springfield, MO — Ozarks Literacy Council (OLC) is proud to introduce the officers of its Board of Directors for the 2025–2026 term. These dedicated leaders bring a diverse range of professional experience and a shared commitment to OLC’s mission of improving lives through literacy.
Leading the board as President is Sunni Nutt, owner of Essential Yoga. Sunni brings a passion for community wellness and education to her role, along with years of experience in nonprofit leadership.
Serving as Vice President is Rubecca Wilson, a Special Education Teacher with Republic Public Schools. Rubecca’s background in public education provides valuable insight into the literacy needs of learners of all ages.
William Cologna, First VP Digital Banking at QCR Holdings, will continue to serve as Treasurer. His financial expertise will help ensure responsible stewardship of OLC’s resources and continued organizational growth.
Tracy Stout, Head of Research & Instructional Services Librarian and a Full Faculty Professor at Missouri State University, has been appointed Secretary. Tracy brings deep experience in academic literacy and program development to the board.
Ozarks Literacy Council would also like to thank Sarah Kerner for continuing to provide leadership, continuity, and strategic support for the organization in her new role as Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors. Sarah is an Assistant General Counsel at FORVIS/Mazars
